Nobody likes aging, and nobody likes wrinkles, yet most people have them. These are the best ways to reduce wrinkles naturally.

1.  Stay Hydrated
Drinking lots of water rids your body of toxins. The recommended amount of water you should be drinking is eight 8-ounce glasses (about 2 liters). An easy way to remember this is the 8x8 rule.

2. Eat foods packed with antioxidants
Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, but some of the best ones to eat are blueberries, kale, spinach, and prunes. These are packed with vitamins A, C, and E. Other benefits of antioxidants include but aren’t limited to eye health, immune system support, and protection against heart problems.

3. Use coconut oil
This is a great nontoxic moisturizer, and a good source of vitamin E (an antioxidant)! You can make it yourself or buy it in the store, either way it works as a great daily moisturizer.

4. Eat saturated fats
These are good fats that are essential to not only a healthy diet, but also healthy skin. This makes your skin more elastic and more resistant to sun damage. A great source of saturated fat is avocado!

5. No smoking
Smoking ages your skin and breaks down collagen. Collagen is what makes your skin moisturized and elastic, if it is weakened wrinkles can form easier.
